Renting

Renting by-the-bed is another name for an individual lease. Residents at Campus View Place have the opportunity to live with in a shared apartment with roommates. Our individual leases allow residents to split the cost of rent, and individuals are only responsible for their portion of rent.

We offer roommate matching services for those who are looking to share an apartment but have not yet grouped up. Through a matching questionnaire, we match students with others who share their interests in order to blend habits, hobbies and lifestyles.

Parents or any other party may serve as the Guarantor on the lease in order to meet financial requirements. Both parties are required to fill out a Guaranty Form as responsible for paying the lease, should the tenant default on rent or any other financial obligations. The application is subject to credit approval. Proof of income over two consecutive months for Guarantor is required to process the application.

We accept payments in the form of a personal check, money order, or cashier's check. Residents can also pay rent online via the Resident Portal. Rent is due on the first day of each month, and a late fee will be applied after the third day of the month (along with a dailiy charge after that). Once rent is late, only certified funds will be accepted.

Our student community leases are full-term, beginning in August and ending in July of the following year. Leases are divided into 12 monthly installments of equal rent.

Rent at Campus View Place includes the bedroom and shared common areas of the apartment, access to our community amenities, sewer, water, high-speed Internet, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and refuse, recycling and monthly pest control.

Moving

Instructions for move-in day will be emailed to residents in advance. On your child's move-in day, report to the leasing office during the allotted time period to pick up leasing paperwork, as well as front door and bedroom keys.

Units are not furnished.

Apartments include a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and full-size washer and dryer in every unit. Appliances include refrigerator, microwave, stovetop and oven, and dishwasher.

We offer the right balance of support and independence. Apartment living gives students real world situations and promotes responsibility. Residents are in complete control for paying bills, cleaning house, studying, cooking and planning their lives. It's the right amount of responsibility and reality before their complete independence.
