You may reserve your apartment at Campus View Place by submitting a Rental Application and signing a Reservation Agreement. To be added to the Reservation List, each applicant will pay a $60 Application Fee and $100 Reservation Fee. These fees are not refundable. Applicants will then have 30 days to have Guarantor Agreements signed/notarized, pay a $1000 Security Deposit and sign the Lease Agreement.
